Chimicles & Tikellis is investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of owners and lessees of 2012 and 2011 model Hyundai Elantra vehicles. Hyundai advertised that these vehicles would receive 40 miles per gallon in highway driving. It has been reported, however, that these vehicles actually get considerably less than 40 miles to the gallon in normal highway driving conditions.
