"iLO" Televisions
Potential Class Action Investigation

Chimicles & Tikellis is investigating a potential class action on behalf of consumers who have experienced problems with “iLO” brand LCD televisions that were sold at Wal-Mart. C&T is investigating allegations that the control panel on the television and remote control “freeze up” and become unresponsive. According to some accounts, once this happens the volume and channels cannot be changed on the television set.
