Packaged Ice Products Price Fixing
Potential Class Action Investigation

Chimicles & Tikellis LLP is investigating a potential antitrust class action against the following manufacturers and distributors of packaged ice products: Reddy Ice Holdings, Artic Glacier, and Home City Ice Company (collectively, the “Ice Companies”). C&T is investigating whether the Ice Companies engaged in anticompetitive conduct including allocating markets and conspiring to raise, fix, and suppress the prices for packaged ice products in the United States. Packaged ice products include packaged cubed, crushed, block, and dry ice.
