CORNELIU-PUIU MASTRAGHIN joined the Haverford office of Chimicles & Tikellis in 2006 after over two years with Delaware Investments, where he was a Technical Business Analyst responsible for Mutual Funds reporting and data analysis. While at Delaware Investments, Corneliu successfully completed extensive corporate courses in finance, accounting, project management, computers and personal development. His broad range of professional experiences include coordinating various research projects within the Military School for Artillery in Sibiu, Romania in the 1990s to 4 years in mid-level management within the litigation support industry. Corneliu graduated from the Military Technical Academy in Bucharest - Romania, with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.

At Chimicles & Tikellis LLP, Corneliu’s responsibilities as Securities Monitoring and Research Coordinator include new case and client development, federal securities fraud monitoring for the Firm’s institutional clients, generating securities monitoring reports, and conducting extensive financial and factual research.
