Chimicles & Tikellis LLP represented a class consisting of auto salvage yards and auto parts recycling businesses which purchased used auto parts data bases and information systems from ADP. The suit, filed in the United States District Court in Philadelphia in March 1997, alleged that ADP eliminated its only significant competitors in order to monopolize the market for salvage yard data products and services. The litigation was settled in early 1999 for cash and upgraded services with a total value of $5.1 million.
