Sprint Nextel Roaming Fees
Potential Class Action Investigation

Chimicles & Tikellis is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Sprint Nextel involving roaming fees that have allegedly been improperly assessed. Roaming fees are generally charged when consumers make calls from outside certain designated geographic areas. C&T is investigating claims that Sprint Nextel lacks the technology to properly identify which calls are and are not properly charged at a roaming rate for its customers who are members of certain Sprint PCS Fair & Flexible Plans. In particular, we are investigating whether Sprint Nextel continuously charged consumers roaming fees even though it did not or could not actually determine the physical location of the consumer when the call was made.
